My Track & Trace number is not working?
90% of our orders have a tracking number. However, it is possible that your order does not have a tracking number. Please contact us at support@myclothos.com if you want to know more about your shipment that does not have a tracking code and we will do our best to give you more information about it!
How do I know if my order has shipped?
All orders are shipped the next day. When your items have shipped, we will send an email to your registered email address and to the phone number you used during checkout.
The tracking site says delivered but I haven't received my package yet?
Sometimes tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has arrived at the local post office, even though you have not yet received the package.In that case, wait a few more days for the postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact the local post office, as they can hold the item for you.

Standard international shipping: 6-11 business days. This depends on the shipping address. The team at MyClothos works hard day and night to process all orders within a maximum of 2 business days!

This depends on where you live and what product you are ordering. The package will be delivered to your home, in your mailbox, on your porch or to your local post office with a notice on your mailbox.Most orders are available for pickup at your local post office as soon as you receive a notification letter in your mailbox.This will also happen if the letter carrier tried to deliver the package to your home, but there was no one to accept it and it could not be left safely.

My package is stuck in customs, what can I do?
Customs, postal services and MyClothos are different entities. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Also, we cannot be held responsible for customs services in your country.
Payment of customs fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and is not covered by us here at MyClothos. For more information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
If your order is held in customs, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office directly and ask them to release your items.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once you place an order, the information goes directly to the shipping department, which takes 1-3 business days to process. After this, the shipping department sends the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to the customer.
